We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our web hosting plans. This means that if you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund.

Eligibility for Hosting Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only for new hosting accounts. If you have renewed your hosting service, it does not qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Hosting Services:

2. Domain Refund Policy

Domain name registrations are processed immediately through third-party registrars. Due to the nature of domain registration, domains are non-refundable once they are purchased.

Important Notes About Domain Refunds:

All domain purchases are final. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you purchased a domain along with a hosting package, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refund amount if you request a refund for hosting.

Mistyped or incorrectly purchased domain names are not eligible for refunds. We advise customers to doublecheck the spelling and availability of a domain before finalizing the purchase.

If a domain name fails to be registered due to an issue with the domain provider, we will either provide a refund or allow you to choose another domain of the same value.
